Our Mission is to provide young adults with the opportunity to acquire essential life skills and gain comprehensive knowledge in Entrepreneurship, Financial Literacy, Savings and Investment and Real Estate Management through hands-on, real-world experiences.
In this program these young adults will participate in the process of building brand new Airbnb properties in exclusive, newly built subdivisions which they will manage and earn income from. These subdivisions and the homes within them are designed specifically for vacationers short term rental requirements and needs and they are extremely attractive.
We encourage Parents, Grandparents, Family Members and Well-Wishers to assist in the program when possible but ultimately, we will provide all of the funding and technical assistance needed.

The profits from the bookings will be put into an account for the child for the child's future use.
In this program our aim is to make sure that our young adults learn about the many facets of owning a real estate portfolio including: the building process, property management, property maintenance, equity and saving money plus the Airbnb and short-term rentals business.
We focus on building the Entrepreneurial Mindset.
Our organization will supply the land, the architectural drawings, the builders, apply for all of the permits and organize the funding.​
